The Polaris - LOCATION

As mentioned earlier, the Polaris Residences will be rising in one of the most prime locations in Quezon City, which means that you will never be more than a couple of minutes away from the important facilities that you and your family need.

Are you looking for schools and colleges for your kids? You are in luck because some of the best schools are just minutes away from the condominium complex. Go northbound along EDSA and you will find the World Citi Colleges and the Manila Central University (both in the neighboring city of Caloocan). A couple more minutes away within Caloocan and you will see the massive University of the East Caloocan Campus (this is just fifteen or twenty minutes away from the Polaris even with moderate traffic).

If you board the bus going to Valenzuela City, then in twenty minutes, you will find the Our Lady of Fatima University. Going the opposite way on EDSA, you will find the Philippine Women’s University just fifteen minutes away. There are also dozens of public and private elementary and high schools in the immediate vicinity of the Polaris, some of which are just a walking distance away.

If you are looking for great shopping destinations, the Polaris is actually just ten minutes away from the largest malls in the city. Hop on any bus going southbound on EDSA, or ride the LRT from the Balintawak station, and you will reach the North Avenue area. Here, you will find the SM City North EDSA, the TriNoMa Mall, and the Vertis North shopping malls. These huge commercial complexes can provide you with everything that you will ever need and want. There are hundreds of clothing and apparel stores between these three malls, so it is almost impossible for you not to find that one particular designer brand you are looking for.

In addition, in SM North EDSA, there is a government service center where you can process any official business you might have with the city. There is an LTO branch office where you can get or renew your driver’s license. You can also find a kiosk for the Quezon City Treasurer’s office where you can file your residential taxes, and many other government services.

Transportation is also not a problem when you do decide to become a permanent resident of The Polaris Residences. You can just walk from the condominium complex out to EDSA to gain access to hundreds of city buses that ply different routes. If you want something faster then you can ride the LRT, which will take you to the soon to rise North Avenue Central Station. There, you can switch to the other train lines (one plying the entire length of Commonwealth Avenue all the way to San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, and the other going to Makati and Pasay). If you somehow got stuck in the office and miss the last train going to Balintawak, there are still plenty of buses and taxis along EDSA that you can ride home regardless of the time.

Even if you do not have your own car, getting around will never be a problem when you live at The Polaris Residences.
